It’s Usopp! I’d meant to do a picture of this character for about a month, now. Usopp is my favorite member of the Straw Hat Pirates, his name being a portmanteau of Aesop and usotsuki, (嘘吐き) the Japanese word for ‘liar’; despite being weak and cowardly, he always lets his conviction overcome his fear of mortal danger in the end, and is able to win fights by thinking tactically and bluffing. A lot. Making shit up is basically his special skill, so he’d be a great hero for one of the old point-and-click adventure games like Grim Fandango.
